Mediation Training for
Businesses & Individuals

Our Customized Conflict Resolution Training workshops and one-day seminars to teach organizations how to prevent and resolve conflicts. For those who wish to serve as mediators, we offer, 40-Hour Mediation Skills Training course that satisfies the requirements of Michigan Court Rule 2.411.

Peer Mediation Initiative:
Student & Youth Based Programs

The Resolution Center has credentialed trainers to implement Peer Mediation into elementary, middle, and high schools. Peer mediation is problem solving by youth with youth. It is a process by which two or more students involved in a dispute meet in a private, safe and confidential setting to work out problems with the assistance of a trained student mediator.
